Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Books are shipped within 1–6 business days from the date of payment approval.
  • Prints are shipped within 5–30 business days from the date of payment approval (depending on production complexity).
  • Books are shipped in protective packaging.
  • Art prints are shipped flat in rigid cardboard packaging or rolled in a sturdy tube (depending on the artwork).
  • Estimated delivery time within Israel: 3–7 business days (depending on destination and shipping method).
  • Estimated delivery time outside Israel: 8–45 business days (depending on destination and shipping method).
  • After the order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent, and when possible, a tracking number as well.
  • Shipping is carried out via Israel Mail or USPS or Shipping companies to the customer’s address.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Store‑pickup is available by prior arrangement at Info@bahurbooks.com

 

Returns – Books

  • Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
  • The book must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Books that have been used or damaged cannot be returned.
  • A refund will be issued after the book is received and inspected.

 

Returns – Art Prints

  • Since these are artistic prints, especially numbered editions or prints made to order, a non‑defective print cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the event of a defect in the print or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment and include clear photos of the product and packaging. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

 

Order Cancellation

  • An order may be canceled as long as it has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will follow the return policy detailed above and applicable law.
