By accessing or using this website, including purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The website offers the sale of:

  • Printed books
  • Digital books (eBooks)
  • Art prints
  • Professional services, including consulting, planning, and execution of artistic, cultural, and community-based projects for private, business, and institutional clients.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. Eligibility, Payments and Checkout

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Grow, Stripe, PayPal, or others.

Completion of a transaction is subject to approval by the relevant payment processor and/or credit card company.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or technical issues caused by external payment systems.

Purchases on this website may only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

 

  1. Digital Products

Purchasing digital books grants a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the content via a third-party reading platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or otherwise make digital content available to any third party.

Access to digital content may be subject to the terms and availability of the external platform provider. We are not responsible for technical issues or service interruptions related to such platforms.

 

  1. Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

  • Books are shipped within 1–6 business days from the date of payment approval.
  • Prints are shipped within 5–30 business days from the date of payment approval (depending on production complexity).
  • Books are shipped in protective packaging.
  • Art prints are shipped either flat in rigid cardboard packaging or rolled in a sturdy tube, depending on the artwork.
  • Estimated delivery time within Israel: 3–7 business days (depending on destination and shipping method).
  • Estimated delivery time outside Israel: 8–45 business days (depending on destination and shipping method).
  • After shipment, a confirmation email will be sent, and where available, a tracking number will be provided.
  • Shipping is carried out via Israel Post, USPS, or other shipping carriers to the customer’s address.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns – Books

  • Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Returned books must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Books that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Returns – Art Prints

  • Due to the nature of fine art prints, including limited editions and made-to-order works, non-defective prints are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • In the event of a defect or shipping damage, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • In such cases, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution at our discretion.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is subject to the Returns Policy and applicable law.
